Natalie, who joined the practice last year, has successfully qualified as a chartered surveyor, and gained MRICS status.
A specialist in commercial management and landlord and tenant matters, Natalie is responsible for the portfolios of existing clients.
“In order to achieve MRICS status I had to complete a four-year Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS) Accredited degree and do a minimum of two years on-the-job training.
Natalie also completed the RICS assessment of professional competence, which involved making a presentation and undergoing an interview. In addition, she is a member of the RICS Lincolnshire Matrics Committee, which offers support and opportunities to people entering the surveying profession.
“It is a great feeling to qualify as Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and to know that all the hard work and dedication involved has paid off,” said Natalie.
“The support I received from colleagues at Banks Long & Co has been fantastic and I am looking forward to the further development of my career.”
Managing Director Tim Bradford said: “We are all delighted that Natalie has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. She has become a key member of the Banks Long team, which now includes a total of ten fully-qualified surveyors.”
