Management Surveyor - 

• Commercial Property Management Surveyor, 2 – 3 years post qualified.
• Experience in property management is essential however this can be part of a general practice role.
• Managing a commercial portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties.
• The role will include overseeing multiple properties, dealing with rent collection and arrears, service charge budget management, instructing contractors and overseeing works, health and safety compliance, completing site inspections, tenant liaison, client reporting.
• Service charge budgeting experience is essential.
• Must be able to build excellent relationships with clients.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Working as part of a busy and growing team managing sites predominately in the East Midlands but also across England.
• Must be able to work well as part of a team but also autonomously and flexibly.

Building Surveyor -

• Graduate/intermediate Building Surveyor, ideally 1-3 years post-qualified.
• Experience in building surveying is essential. The role, depending upon experience, will include residential and commercial building surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, building pathology, along with general specification and contract administration work.
• Must be able to work independently and able to build excellent relationships with Clients.
• Strong organisation and communication skills are essential.
• Working as part of a busy Building Consultancy Team including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors.
• Package and benefits will depend on experience.
