CAFÉ OWNER BREWS UP A GREAT MOVE

Excitement is building for Lincoln caterer Jo Hart who has taken her business to the next level.

After nearly five years of running her venture Harty’s Café within a city discount warehouse, she has moved into “stand alone” premises at the Hykeham Green Shopping Centre in North Hykeham.

Banks Long & Co has leased Jo’s new premises on behalf of its client Lincolnshire Co-op and wish her much success in her new home.

Jo had been searching for alternative premises since the Summer, as her lease was coming to an end, and she is delighted to have made the move to the bustling North Hykeham development.

“My new premises are ideal because there is on-site parking and the potential to attract footfall from people visiting nearby businesses,” said Jo.

“I am still calling my business Harty’s Café and I am initially opening from 9am to 4pm, from Mondays to Saturdays. I am also keeping my same menu, with its popular hot and cold choices, including specials for OAPs.”

Banks Long & Co Associate Lewis Cove said: “The Hykeham Green development attracts good footfall, because the development includes a food store, pharmacy, a doctors’ surgery and veterinary surgery. We wish Jo much success at her new location.”
