Banks Long & Co Solution: Banks Long & Co work closely with the Fund, operating alongside occupational therapists to provide the required accessibility facilities, support and services across its portfolio.

The firm manages acquisition surveys, planned maintenance schedules and ad-hoc repairs. Specific site adaptations include the installation and maintenance of accessible kitchens, showers rooms, sensory gardens and ramped access for tenants and beneficiaries.

The result: The RAF community is at the heart of Lincolnshire, and Banks Long & Co is proud to have been working alongside the Fund for over two decades.
