SURVEYORS’ TEAM AWARDS DRIVE

Lincoln-based Banks Long and Co are celebrating yet another award.

A year of hard work by the busy team has been recognised as the firm was again named Lincolnshire’s Most Active Agent by respected industry magazine Estate Gazette.

The company beat intense competition from well-known players in its sector to clinch the title, just weeks after it celebrated success at this year’s Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards.

That honour showcased Banks Long & Co’s expertise in working closely with client Lincolnshire Co-operative (as consultant, project manager and letting agent) and the Lindum Group, on the stunning revamp of Lincoln’s iconic Corn Exchange Building, which has gone on to attract national tenants.

The 25-strong Banks Long & Co team, which is led by four directors and four associate directors is working on a range of high profile projects including the Cornhill Quarter city centre regeneration scheme, Lincoln Science and Innovation Park, the 57 acre Network 46 Business Park and the £46.3 million investment sale of Valentine Retail Park.

The mounting success Banks Long & Co has enjoyed over the past year doesn’t mean staff are resting on their laurels.  As Managing Director Tim Bradford said: “Every award simply serves to drive our team on to achieve more.”
