We offer a comprehensive residential lettings service, which includes a rental assessment of your property, marketing, accompanied viewings, interviewing and vetting of prospective tenants, preparation of tenancy agreements, preparation of schedules of condition and inventories, arranging safety checks and annual renewals, organising rental payment to your bank and negotiating rent increases.
Tenants
All tenancies are granted on an assured tenancy basis for a minimum 6-month term. We require three references. All rents are payable monthly in advance and are exclusive of council tax and all utility charges.
